We reserve the right to refuse service if:

- The request falls outside our professional scope
- There is insufficient information or access to perform the service
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- Services can be booked online, by phone, or by email.
- A booking is considered confirmed once we provide written or verbal confirmation.
- You may cancel a service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices will be provided before service begins, either as fixed fees or hourly rates.
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
